Pioneer Farms in Spring City (7 miles from us) offers seasonal private and semi private horse riding, care and grooming lessons and in summer, very fun half and full day Horse Day Camps as well as Farm Recreation Camps (mountain biking, hiking, fishing and swimming) for small groups of children and teens.
Valerie, who runs Pioneer Farms with her husband Vince, has 8 beautiful horses, farm animals and ponies and keeps her lessons and camps very small and personalized. Valerie is a seasoned horse professional and will teach your children all about horses, including both Western and English style riding, grooming, boarding, horse care and more! Over 4-5 miles of beautiful trails to learn on, plus classic round training arenas. Horse Cart Riding Lessons also available.
 Summer Camp Rates: $75 (half day), $125 (full day). Weekly discounts available.
Drop your kids off for a couple hours, a half day or the day and let them enjoy fun on the horse farm! Highly recommended!

Horse Boarding & Stabling
Are you traveling with your horses and need a place to stable them for a few nights, a week or longer?
Pioneer Farms in Spring City offers overnight stabling as well as long term boarding arrangements on their 40 acre farm.

Adult riders and parents of riders who are minors must sign a Release and Hold Harmless Agreement with Pioneer Farms as well as a Rider’s Safety Rules Agreement.
Minors are required to wear helmets (available onsite).
