On our 145 acre property complete with spring fed pond, you'll find a variety of choices to stage your celebration, including mountain view vistas, wide open pastures full of wild flowers, our 1800s farmhouse and wooded forests offering a natural beauty for your special event.

Please call ahead for an appointment to tour the property and cottages. Event reservations are required to reserve our two cottages for the minimum days required for that season and a supplemental sliding scale site fee based on number of attending guests. An event contract and non refundable deposit is required to confirm event dates reservations. We will work with you as best we can to make your event as special as it can be!

Site Fees for weddings start at $300 and are billed on an increased sliding scale depending on how many guests attend. To reserve dates, the site fee and a rental contract are required as well as a deposit on the rental cottages. A site fee allows our wedding guests exclusive access to 145 acres of natural beauty to design the wedding of their dreams with their own wedding planner and caterer. Our all inclusive wedding package for groups of 50-100 include a three night stay at both of our two luxury country cottages, the site fee for the event and a 145 acres of choice for the venue for wedding and/or reception, a designated parking area for the event, three preparatory meetings or photo shoots at our farm, VIP welcome baskets in each cottage with champagne, a bouquet of garden fresh flowers in each cottage and our popular Farmhouse Full Batch Biscuits and Jam Picnic delivered to each cottage the morning of your choice. $1650 For smaller events or photography shoots please contact us via email or phone for a rate quote. Come celebrate those family reunions, anniversaries and special birthdays at our country getaway where you have time and space to really enjoy the moment and make new memories. These Tennessee-Scots wanted a breakfast for 20 intead of a traditional rehearsal dinner and we set them up on the front porch with outdoor heaters and lots of good farm cooking including homemade sausage, bacon and country ham, heirloom flour pancakes, free range organic eggs, fresh fruit bowl, fried local mountain apples, fresh churned sweet butter, locally pressed apple cider,fresh squeezed orange juice, regionally roasted organic coffee, selection of organic teas, and made-from-scratch coffee cake.
